Why should I register?
There are a lot of great benefits to registering with everydayhero. Not only can you build your own fully branded fundraising websites with everydayhero | Pro, but you will also gain access to new supporters through everydayhero at no extra cost! Through everydayhero, supporters can give to your cause in the way that suits them (fundraise, donate, volunteer) and see and track everything they give which makes the experience even more engaging and rewarding.
We also take care of all the administration too, which means all donations are automatically processed, reconciled and receipted and the funds deposited into your nominated bank account monthly.
What is the difference between MyCharity.ie and everydayhero?
Well, there’s a lot – and we think it’s pretty great! The platform is now fully mobile optimised. Integration with social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Google+) is now built into the platform as standard, as is integration with MapMyFitness – allowing fundraisers to capture their training efforts and share it on their fundraising page. Are there any costs involved?
Charities can activate their everydayhero | Starter account at €49/month. You can also choose to upgrade to everydayhero | Pro for our full feature-set for €99/month (2-year contract) or €129/month (1-year contract).
What do I have to do to register as a Not for Profit member?
everydayhero has launched on 10 July in Ireland, and you can now regsiter either through your MyCharity.ie charity account or online through our website. To do so, simply click the button below.
What if I am a MyCharity.ie customer and I’m not sure I want to use everydayhero?
You will remain active on MyCharity until your subscription comes to an end. If your subscription ends before MyCharity.ie is transitioned to everydayhero for good, you will need to renew on everydayhero to keep your MyCharity.ie profile active.
What happens to any additional subscriptions that I have in MyCharity.ie?
Existing additional subscriptions (Facebook, Text, Direct Debit) will remain live on MyCharity.ie as long as the subscription is in place.
How is everydayhero different to other consumer giving websites?
everydayhero is not just a new way for your supporters to fundraise, but instead a new way to give. everydayhero is as a low-cost user-friendly Blackbaud platform that helps you build your own fundraising websites. It requires no ‘developer’ skills, and has a simple, easy-to-use content management system which puts you in full control of your fundraising websites and can be used by all members of your fundraising team.
